ISTA - the International school of Temple Arts, is a sexual, spiritual, shamanic, transformative experience.

I have first joined an ISTA training in 2017, after doing several years of exploration with Tantra, mindfulness, and consciousness.

I was familiar with most of the materials.

ISTA however offered an extraordinary shamanic container that I have honestly never met before.
